On the other hand, if you want us to help you sell a property, we regularly advertise all listings in the Loudonville Shopper
and the Ashland Property Magazine, and sometimes in the Cleveland or Columbus area media
if we feel that to be the best way to "get a bite." And our commission in the Loudonville/Perrysville School District is only 4%.
